Pocket Pad: DAP + 9 Sega Classics

August 17, 2006

This gadget is not only a 1-GB digital audio player (with exapandable memory via SD-slot), but also doubles as a classic Sega games handheld (kinda). The Pocket Pad has 9 built-in Sega classic games, including Sonic the Hedgehog and Ecco the Dolphin. It also has a 2.4 inch display. I don’t know if it will be able to other games though, and what the other 7 games are.
It will supposedly sell for $150, and Alpha-plus will carry it.

While 9 games might not seem like much, it’s still a neat extra feature to have if you’re looking for DAP that has expandable memory and doesn’t have a certain lowercase letter in it’s name.
